30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your Flara Exclusive jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service at shopflaraindia@gmail.com
   within 30 days
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive return shipping instructions and authorization
4. Ship the item back using trackable shipping method
5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or style. Contact us at shopflaraindia@gmail.com
to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Return Shipping Costs

• Returns within our country: Free return shipping
• International returns: Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
